- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent, fixed-scope, and tied to outcomes, not hourly guesswork. We don’t charge by the hour and we don’t sell vague “consulting time.” Every engagement has clear deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria agreed to upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every engagement begins with a 45-minute Ops Review. This session shows whether your operational problems are actually fixable before they cost you more time, margin, or sanity. We don’t rush into retainers, and we don’t sell generic consulting. We diagnose first, decide second, and execute only when it makes sense.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background spans operations, systems design, execution leadership, and process optimization across founder-led businesses, service companies, and multi-team environments. I’ve been inside the chaos. I know where businesses break when the founder becomes the bottleneck, visibility disappears, and execution slows. My experience is built around fixing that, not talking about it.
