Donovan produced a video and still photographs of the event. His video captured the fun and festive atmosphere and he produced awesome images that I was able to share with all who attended the event. The color, lighting and artistic quality of the video and photos were stellar. Donovan’s manner is non-intrusive, he mixed into the crowd while he worked and I could not have been more pleased with the result. He was cheaper than most of the other quotes I got, and yet I think his portfolio was the best by far. I was looking for new professional portraits to use for LinkedIn and other professional materials, but I detest the "stock photo" style of professional head shots that plague this space. His work has more personality and is less retouched - so my skin doesn't look plastic. We booked an appointment early in the morning on a Saturday at Hermann Park and Rice U in order to capture the best light. I had some ideas and he had also scouted good locations. I should also say, I've worked with many photographers and Matt had, I think, the most gear and tools for shooting on location that I've ever seen! He was also very personable, relaxed and easy to work with, which always helps to create better work that looks more natural and not posed. I've so far received about half of the final edited photos, and they're looking great! I'm looking forward to the rest!"See more

Matthew was so accommodating... and what I had asked of him was very last minute, and he made it happen! We were in need of headshots for business purposes... He traveled to me with all of his equipment, and I wouldn't say our office has the best space for photography, but he made it work and the photos came out great! He's so reasonable with his fees. I had used someone prior to Matthew, and he was a little over twice the expense, and we were not happy with that job. Now I know if I need more headshots done, I'm calling Matthew!
