Joe was in charge of the construction restoration of my townhouse following extensive water damage. He was very thorough with his evaluation of what needed to be done and selecting the personnel to perform each of the repairs. He was cost conscious to get the best for what monies were available for his portion of the restoration project. He was time oriented and able to coordinate the projects very well. My restoration process was slow because of problems with insurance. Once this was cleared I think the entire restoration to my townhouse took about a week. Replacement of walls and flooring, cabinets and vanity and the painting. What the insurance would not cover cost wise he offered solutions at a cost which was affordable for me to cover. For example Insurance covered replacing the vanity in my the half bath down stairs but not the marble top which was stained and chipped from 27 years of use. He made a new top available at a reasonable cost that I could afford, He communicated well with me and in a timely manner. He had good rapport with his personnel completing the restoration. He maintained close supervision throughout the restoration process and did frequent walkthroughs to evaluate progress and if it was to his and my expectations. He stepped in to assist with the restoration as needed. He was available when he said he would be and his personnel were on site when he said they would be, At the end of each step of the restoration he was responsible for was completed the area was clean and ready for the next phase, If something was not completed as to our expectations it was redone or revised to meet expected standards.
