Two guys came out from Big Brother's cleaning service and was early so that was a plus! They got my carpetcleaned just like they assured me from the beginning. My carpet is a tan color and years old but when they finished, it looked like I had just brought it!! I recommend this company!

Big Brother's responded quickly, came to service my rugs on same day and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I have pets, so my rugs needed a deep cleaning. They smell and feel so much better now thanks to Big Brother's! I received the deep steam cleaning, deodorizor, and scotch guard for a really low price. They even said theyll call to schedule again in three months, what a convienence! Thank you for a job well done guys! I'd recommend them to anyone who needs carpetcleaning.

The cleaning was impeccable, we have two black dogs. So we clean our carpets a lot. They did a terrific job. Will definitely use them again, they gave us some good pointers. And their service was amazing. It dried completely by the next morning. (They finished up around 1ish). They did it quickly and our carpet looks beautiful now. Now our 11 month can walk and crawl around without a pallet. Thank you Big Brothers! We will be calling you as soon as we need you again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not hard it is basic if you have a very bad living environment suppose your carpet is very dirty. I will charge you a good price to improve your home so all the infection will be removed from the house and you can live better. We are not that expensive with our services. I charge based on how much cleaning we are going to do in the carpet or living area that you need clean. Or depending on what service you want we go and make some measurements before giving you a quote. All of our prices are reasonable prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer is not hard. We start by engaging good communication with the customer. We then give the customer a quote. We have free estimates. If the customer likes the quote then we set up a day to do the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaning doesn't really relate that much with education. However you do have to measure the square footage of each room or area needed to be clean. I have train to know more about cleaning and how important is to know how to clean and not just pretend to clean. I therefore teach my employees on how to be a professional cleaner.
