I started out working as a carpet cleaning technician, learning the ropes hands-on and mastering the equipment, techniques, and customer care that go into a great clean. Over time, I realized I had a real passion for the work—not just the cleaning itself, but the satisfaction of transforming a space and making customers genuinely happy.
