Great competitive price. They came in I showed them what areas to do and they went straight to work. They spot cleaned a couple of spots which I really appreciate. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They did a very good job for our floor cleaning and furnishing. Since my schedule is tight, they tried their best to meet my special requirements and also provide me many good suggestions for how to maintain the floor.
Besides floor cleaning, I also hired them to clean my big sofa set. They also did a very good job for that at a reasonable price. I will recommend them to my friends.

I have 5 Miniature Schnauzers, small yes, but still 20 paws coming in and out on the tile and my grout was BLACK. Recently having the yard mulched didn't help either - I didn't know mulch is dyed until it was too late so until it rained, there was black dust all over the house, paws and my shoes. I tried everything to clean the grout myself, was at my wit's end and on a tight budget, to boot. It was so bad I was embarrassed to have friends over. Expressteamers did a great job for a very reasonable price. Their courtesy and demeanor couldn't have been nicer. Before leaving they even helped me change the bulb in my porch light that's so hard for me to reach even on a ladder! I'm very comfortably giving them the highest of recommendations.

They did a wonderful job for my in-laws. They are very pleased with the tile cleaning and decided to use them for carpet cleaning and other jobs as well. My husband and I will definitely use them in the future when we decide to sell our house!
