- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is base on the Quality and Guarantee services we provide to customers. We pledge to perform services with skills, Honesty and Integrity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We only offer Premium carpet cleaning which consist of: 1. Treatment for heavily soils areas, spot and stains. 2. Agitation after treatment to loosen up the soils, spots and stains. 3. We then Extract and Rinse the soils,spots and stains from the carpet fibers using a Powerful Truck-mounted machine. This unit create high heat for steam and Vacuum for fast drying. 4. We then Groom carpet if needed so fibers want lay down. This also speed up the drying time. 5 . We add fan blowers to the carpet depending on air movement in the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I once own a janitorial service and decided to start a carpet cleaning business in which i later receive a Master Textile Cleaner certification form the Institute of Inspection, cleaning and restoration in 2010. I continue to educated myself because of the changing carpet cleaning industry. The changes in the fibers, solutions, equipment, machines and the new method of cleaning carpet.
