- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we charge $30 for large rooms (master bedrooms, living rooms, game rooms, family rooms) and $25 for smaller rooms. $15 for each set of stairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer calls, we ask a couple of questions, like how many rooms, are there stairs, what kind of residence it is (apartments, house, condominiums, etc.,) are there pet stains, or other types of major stains. Then we setup an appointment to go to their house and clean up their carpets. We do not get payment until work is completely done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained on all types of carpet fibers, berber, commercial grade. I have also been in the business for 15 years and seen every kind of stain and damage to carpet.
