- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$65 Basic Steam Clean & Deodorize up to 3 Rooms. Combined Living/Dining considered 2 Rms, Hallways $10-$25. Additional Rooms $25, Stairs $30 (no substitutions for rooms-priced separately). Minimum call charge $65. Heavy Traffic Areas, Deep Stains and Pet Issues may require special treatment for additional charges. We give very best effort in stain removal but some dye sites in carpet can absorb stain color, preventing removal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give estimates over the phone, but until a technician can actually visit the property and see the condition, age and issues with your carpet we cannot firm our recommendations. This is not upsell. We do not suggest service that our customer doesn't need, but we will hold firm on what will get your carpet clean to its full potential. Pet issues MUST be treated with enzymes to kill odor and bacteria. Steaming these spots will only re-intensify odor. This treatment as well as stain lifter are normally an additional charge with all professional firms in our business. PLEASE DO NOT PRESPOT YOUR CARPET WITH RETAIL SOLUTIONS such as Resolve or OxyClean products. They create suds that do not tolerate extraction easily. Also, our non-toxic Stain Lifters work more like dry clean solutions in that they are designed to break chemical bonds that trap soil in carpet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Master Carpet Technician Owner/Trainer. Technicians on call have 2 years or more experience in providing superior service. Just read a review or two either here or on Yelp!.
