I just moved to Houston and was searching around for quotes for someone to clean my couch. Steve responded quickly, but with everything I had going on, I completely forgot to follow up on the service quote. I called him early one Saturday morning - he was there within the hour AND finished everything in under an hour. His proceeds was quick, but very professional, using all high grade equipment and solutions. He even threw in a protectant for free. Very friendly guy - I'll have him in my "Rolodex" when I need my carpet and mattress cleaned. Thanks again for making my Saturday go off without a hitch - I can now sit in my living room!

I try not to..I believe that quotes are usually the best form because they are more geared towards the customers individual situation.

Find out what problems or pain points the customer has with current carpet situation and try to find that solution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am cetified in bloodborne pathegens. I also have a M.S. degree science.
