I had to get the job done twice. Paid a second person to clean up damage from this contractor. Very disappointed in the results. I even sent pictures Maybe he will come back out and try to fix what he did. No response at all. Nice guy but the results were very disappointing...Aug 20, 2019Verified
He was late. He was filthy.Yhe equipment was filthy. He was supposed to start at 2. His machine broke. He had to leave to have it repaired because he didn’t know how to repair it. He left to take care of that.He eventually started at 5:30. He finally completed job around 6:30. He left no receipt and a big mess of filthy water on my entry floor. I didn’t bother saying anything I cleaned it myself. The carpets upstairs were cleaned fairly well. I hate leaving a bad review but this was not a good experience.
