He was very punctual.He explained my carpet to me.He explained how to clean my carpet. He also gave me advice on my Hard wood floors. the only thing I would do different next time is that I would have some people there to help move the furniture,so that he could have cleaned the entre floor. his price was very reasonable.And I would hire again.i

There a cleaning residue from the carpet being cleaned on the bathroom tile. Contacted Jeff several times and he promised to return and check the problem. Called and left messages and no response. Would not recommend. Jeff returned and corrected the issue and I would recommend him highly to anyone!
