The service man showed up a bit early, which wasn't a problem, but I expected a fresh deodorized smell and it was just wet carpet. Stain removal was minimal because he stated he'd tear the carpet. The stains were not that bad and could have been removed.

Nothing went well. The cleaner was an hour and half late (although he did call saying he was running behind. He made a half-a** attempt at cleaning the really dirty spots in the carpet. He never got them clean to my satisfaction. I paid for a stain blocker but never saw it applied. He claimed it was in the water that was used to clean (yeah, right) Furthermore, this was supposed to be a steam cleaning. There was no steam, the water was only lukewarm. Steam cleaning my rear end. If there was a rating lower than terrible I would give it that. TOTAL DISSATISFACTION. A COMPLETE RIP-OFF.

Upon receiving a call from this customer about his dissatisfaction, our Service Manager scheduled a return visit by our Senior Cleaning Technician, Alan. While we do our best to satisfy every customer on the first visit, there are times when a customer may be less than satisfied. Our work is guaranteed. Alan addressed the spots the customer was concerned with and has achieved the best possible results using industry standards for this customer. We do use an in tank Stainguard protection product that is applied during the cleaning process and sometimes customers are unsure of how this concept works. the service man spent way to much time before he started and he would not move any thing I mean not even a little in table and we our seniors and I do not think he used the cleaning chemicals right.

We hired them to clean our furniture. Before they began we asked about the amount of water used and were assured that no water would reach our wood floors. Almost immediately they soaked our floors. We immediately asked them to leave. They charged our card even though all they did was a few minutes worth of work and left with dirty furniture. We attempted to call their numbers multiple times and our numbers were blocked. STAY AWAY and get a REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!
