I worked primarily with Moises of this family business, though everyone I interacted with on their team was great to work with. Very reasonable pricing, and thanks to great communication skills and attention to detail, we were able to get an idea of what we wanted and set up a scheduled installation with one visit. After that, Moises and his team were on time for the installation and extremely professional. All materials were top notch and care was taken with installation from start to finish. This is how businesss and customer service SHOULD be done. House looks fantastic and feels even better when walking on it. Arrived on time! Carpets were old, but he did an excellent job reinstalling them. They almost look new. Have had them cleaned since and couldn't be more pleased! Such a relief since new flooring wasn't in my budget, but when I do decide to get new flooring, I will be calling these guys back!
