JD was quick to respond, provide an estimate, explain the charges, and start the work. It would have been easy to do the bare minimum, but he went above and beyond on our tile job and even fixed a few extra things along the way. I was thoroughly impressed and look forward to hiring him again in the future!

John arrived right on time ready to go. He approached the work in a professional manner. He completed the work quickly and did a fantastic job. He also cleaned up all of mess created during the job. Then he did something unexpected. He noticed a couple of issues that I had and took care of them at no additional charge. I was pleased with work done by this craftsman. I am, however, more impressed by meeting a wonderful person with as great attitude and devotion to going a great job. Based on my experience, he is highly recommended

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different its hard to come up with a pricing system because customers have different needs,, labor for tearouts of previous floor is different for each home due to intensity of job to be done...I may have to go and pick up th carpet or other flooring items..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked nine years for Sears carpet and upholstery care performing all duties providided such as carpet cleaning, upholstery, wood floors, air duct cleaning, tile and stone restoration, carpet stretching and repair, carpet patchwork and seam repair..carpet installation and pad replacement..also did training for the company...
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for Sears carpet and upholstery care for ten years as a technician,trainer and assistant manager...
