I recently worked with Jairo from JGS Carpet Installations LLC, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. His pricing was competitive with others I considered, but what stood out most was his honesty and professionalism. From the start, Jairo was upfront about the installation process as he clearly explained what he was doing, the specifications of the carpet, and the products used. His selection of carpets matched (and in some cases exceeded) what I’d seen elsewhere. Before installation, I asked if he could address a few pre-existing floorboard creaks. While I understood this was not an easy or guaranteed fix, he agreed and screwed them down making sure I was satisfied before moving forward. Also, as the home previously had kids and pets, he also included a deodorizing and sanitation treatment for the space, which was a thoughtful touch. The installation itself was completed right on schedule. The results look fantastic, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. If Jairo is available in your area, I highly recommend giving him the opportunity to earn your business.
