- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are flexible in our accommodations for our clients. We offer 3 packages for buffet style events, plated meal style events, as well as we offer Custom Menus; all of which can be customized for you wedding or banquet. We offer drop off catering services perfect for corporate lunches or smaller events such as showers. All pricing is based on a Per Person Scale!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically after I receive basic information such as date and budget, I send out a menu that suites your event as well as a estimate. After the estimate we have a consultation and tasting at which time if you are satisfied we proceeded to finalize all the details!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 Years of Restaurant Management experience, a Business degree from the University of Houston as Owner and Executive Chef. Our Executive Pastry Chef Willie Holmes has won Tampa Bay Florida's Best of Bay 3 Times, before moving to Houston to work with us!
