Introduction: We offer catering for corporate lunches, weddings, baby showers, anniversaries, dinners, family reunions, and more. Our service is buffet-style and served by staff. Sirloin steaks, roast, oxtails, beef tips and gravy, prime rib, cubed steak, beef liver and onion, fried chicken, fried porkchop, baked chicken, beef brisket, sausage links, whole chicken, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken fried chicken, meat loaf, tilapia (grilled or fried), catfish, and more. Collard greens, mustard greens, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, green beans, yellow squash, zucchini squash, potatoes and onion, black eyed peas, red beans and rice, white rice, brown rice, mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, fried corn, sweet buttered corn, cabbage, baked potatoes, yams, okra, and fried okra. We also serve sub sandwiches and finger sandwiches. We have fruit and vegetable tray available.
