I have extensive knowledge in American regional cuisine and some knowledge in healthy and international cuisine but studying more in these areas and willing to do research for any event. I have used Jazzy 'z Catering on more than one occasion. Every time I have been simply amazed by her perfection. She is very professional when it comes to making the hard decisions in regards to deciding on a menu. Her patience and her expertise goes along when planning a memorable event. The food portions are always more than enough and the food is down right delicious.
