We used Nicholas for a lady's bridal shower. Each guest prepared her own pizza and then he cooked them. Everyone was so happy with the fun activity and so impressed by the delicious flavor and impressive quality. I cannot wait to have another event and utilize the fun wood-burning pizza oven!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Because I love to cook. I really have a good time while I am working on site. It is very nice to see people eating and enjoying the products you just made.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Catering, we arrive on site 1 hour before serving time, set up, cook and serve during 1 1/2 to 3 hours, clean up and leave.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We served 250 people in under 3 hours!! I am very proud of it
