Tried Pepper & Mint as a meal prepping service since I’m always on the go and do not have time to cook. Every week I was provided a menu with filled with all different choices and variety of foods. As a guy who tends to eat out a lot (junk food) I was hesitant to try some of the more healthier options with roasted vegetables. I took the chance and boy was I NOT disappointed I ate every single vegetable that was on my plate. The food is definitely fresh and well cooked. I will continue to use Pepper & Mint as my meal prepping service!

Pepper and Mint meal prep was a God send. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is truly valued here. It’s so nice to enjoy healthy, delicious and diverse home cooked meals without the hassle. Salmon dishes are definitely my fav but flavor is on point for all menu items. My go to catering for events as well. Cares a lot for customer needs and details. No complaints and highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent upon the need of my clients, the number of guests, and each job is different. Catering Office Box Lunch Drop Off - starting at $18/person Office Served Luncheon - starting at $25/person Brunch Drop Off - starting at $35/person Dinner Party - starting at $35/person Private Chef Brunch Buffet - starting at $50/person Dinner Party - starting at $50/person Date Night Dinner for 2 - $350 + taxes, tip and fees
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to customize meals based upon my client’s needs. I will ask a series of questions to get an idea of what’s desired and then propose a timeframe (within a week usually) to provide quotes. I communicate very quickly within 24 hours via email or phone and make sure I understand my client and send follow up emails to ensure we are on the same page throughout event planning.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always wanted to own a restaurant. My passion for food has been long lived since about 10 years old. I studied entrepreneurship in undergrad, and knew that even after five years in Oil & Gas there was a bigger purpose. Cooking! Here I am, doing what I absolutely love and meeting really wonderful people along the way.
