- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent upon the need of my clients, the number of guests, and each job is different. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to customize meals based upon my client’s needs. I will ask a series of questions to get an idea of what’s desired and then propose a timeframe (within a week usually) to provide quotes. I communicate very quickly within 24 hours via email or phone and make sure I understand my client and send follow up emails to ensure we are on the same page throughout event planning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always wanted to own a restaurant. My passion for food has been long lived since about 10 years old. I studied entrepreneurship in undergrad, and knew that even after five years in Oil & Gas there was a bigger purpose. Cooking! Here I am, doing what I absolutely love and meeting really wonderful people along the way.
