- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer financing when it comes to our customers who are interested in buying a unit but need more payment options to obtain their service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we always like to have an idea to what page the customer is at first before suggesting as we can allow for them to be heard, then we give advice on what to do. Once the job is being talked over and received, we call them throughout the process and even after the installation/fix, we still try to maintain that relationship to make the customer feel heard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I as the owner, have a NEBB certification for testing, air balance. I also have Daikin certification so I have the expertise to install and repair Daikin systems. I have worked a total of 13 years alone in the HVAC business in both commercial and residential areas.
