Based on everything you’ve told me, here’s a heartfelt Thumbtack review you could leave: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend this technician enough. After another company quoted a much more expensive repair, I decided to get a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, answered every question patiently, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He even showed us the leaks with bubbles before the repair and then showed us again afterward so we could clearly see that the leaks were fixed. Instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, he found multiple refrigerant leaks, repaired them, recharged the system, and had our AC cooling properly again—all for a very fair price. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating customers honestly. During the visit, he even shared that he started his own company because he wanted to do things the right way after working with people who didn’t, and that really showed in his professionalism and integrity. He also stands behind his work with a 30-day warranty and no service charge if he has to come back during that period, which gave us additional peace of mind. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy HVAC technician who won’t try to sell you repairs you don’t need, this is the person to call. We’ll definitely be using him again in the future.

Alex was very prompt in communicating, he gave clear timelines and updated me. His prices were clear and reasonable. He was patient and thorough. He didn’t rush through the task. He took the time to go over setup, waited to confirm the system was running before leaving. Would definitely say he’s worth giving a shot for your thermostat replacements and other AC related tasks. Alex is great and does honest and fair pricing. I originally had him come to a leak and crack inspection to which he found nothing. He also didn't think I needed any other big repair. Because he was up front I asked what services I could use in the future and I ended up doing his summer special for $75 for maintenance and cleaning on my hvac.
