- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. Every job is quoted before any work begins, and customers always approve the price first. Diagnostic fees apply, but they are waived with approved repairs. We also offer seasonal promotions, bundled tune-up discounts, and financing options for installations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple: Initial Call / Booking – We gather basic information about the issue and schedule a convenient appointment. On-Site Diagnosis – A certified technician performs a full system evaluation and presents clear, upfront pricing. Customer Approval – We explain all options, answer questions, and only begin work with your approval. Repair or Service – We complete the job efficiently, document findings, and ensure the system is operating safely. Review & Follow-Up – We provide maintenance recommendations, request feedback, and ensure you’re completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed HVAC contractor (TACLA23615E) with hands-on training in system diagnostics, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance. My background includes manufacturer-certified training, safety courses, and ongoing technical education through Aire Serv and Neighborly’s national training programs.
