My A/C wasn’t producing cold air and couldn’t figure out why so I googled possibilities thinking I would be able to fix it myself, but I was wrong. I call Jonathan and came over and looked at the entire system and spotted the problem right away. I had a leaking coil that needed to be replaced. I asked a number of questions and answered every single one of them with detail. So happy I picked this company to do the job because they went above and beyond my expectations. They went as far as fixing my attic door because it had too much tension from the time I bought the house and also installed a new drain kill switch to prevent overflow from the drain pan at no additional cost. The A/C comes out very cold which is perfect for this summer heat wave we are experiencing. I strongly recommend Avatex for their great job.

Lowes delivered a dishwasher then said they couldn’t hook it up as it required direct connection (no outlet). Avatex worked within the tenant’s schedule to install the outlet and place the dishwasher. Quality work at a fair price. Highly recommended.
