Had an issue with warm air blowing out of AC. Jorge responded quickly and was at my house within a couple of hours even though it was the end of the day. He showed me the problem, replaced the part with a new one he had in the truck. Also stayed late to check everything worked properly. Will definitely use again. Reasonably priced with prompt professional service.

I am beyond satisfied with Excel Air!!! Ishmeal arrived on time and was extremely helpful. He literally saved us!!! We had originally had another company come out and quote us an astronomical price which did not sit well with me! I looked at reviews for Excel and noticed similar complaints and noticed Excel Air seemed to be a very honest company!!! They did not disappoint & my gut feeling was accurate. I was quoted $3200 from another company. Ishmeal fixed the issue in his service call for $69. I am so grateful & I will absolutely use them again & again!!! Highly recommend.

Quickly came to give an estimate for a new coil based on what another large contractor said. Excel was able to find the actual problem which was a bad contractor in the same trip (part in the truck). Went from $2500 replacement to a couple hundred bucks. I appreciated the knowledge and quickness of the assessment and repair. I will be using them in the future. Highly recommend.

This family owned company is fantastic! Seriously, 5 stars is not enough. Our 20 year old unit died on Sunday. They came out 1st thing Monday morning to evaluate, and came 1st thing Tuesday to install. A perfect seamless process, priced right. I’m really impressed with their communication skills, prompt service & expertise. I can 100% recommend this company!!!
