Noticed air was out at 10pm. Made an appointment around 7:30am the following morning after realizing my ac coils were frozen. The appointment was set for 4-6pm. The tech ended up having an earlier opening. Needless to say my ac was fixed my 1pm. The guy fixed the part and offered an inspection for an addition bundled charge with no pressure. He even has given us additional time to decide on a later date for the same bundled price. We declined and he gave us no grief. My ac is working just fine now. Problem fixed less than 24hrs from me noticing it and didn’t have to dig deep in my pockets to fix the issue. Doesn’t get any better than that.
