- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A $30 deposit is required upon booking the appointment to ensure your time slot with the technician. This fee covers mileage, drive time, booking process time, minimum operation time and materials needed to complete the job. There are no additional fees to reschedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally a quote is given for the task that needs to be completed. It's highly recommended that the client book with us directly through our website so that they can ensure a specific time slot for the task. Payments/ Deposits are received upfront for the following reasons: Materials and Supplies: The Technician may need to purchase materials or supplies to complete the job. By requiring upfront payment, they can ensure they have the necessary funds to purchase these items and complete the job on time. Drive Time and Mileage.
