This was excellent work. I was impressed by how quickly he responded to my questions—my inquiry was acknowledged within about 30 minutes. I was thrilled that he could meet me so promptly. The quality of his work was outstanding; he repaired the carpet and then cleaned it, leaving my area looking brand new!

Great customer service and super responsive. However the couch did still have a slight odor after cleaning and seemed soaked after cleaning. Carpet looked brand new though.
