This was excellent work. I was impressed by how quickly he responded to my questions—my inquiry was acknowledged within about 30 minutes. I was thrilled that he could meet me so promptly. The quality of his work was outstanding; he repaired the carpet and then cleaned it, leaving my area looking brand new!

Great work for a great price! The dog had vomited on the stairs, and I couldn’t get the stain out of the carpet. Now the carpet looks brand new. Would like to hire him again. Thanks!

Great customer service and super responsive. However the couch did still have a slight odor after cleaning and seemed soaked after cleaning. Carpet looked brand new though.

We had a great experience with bottom to the top cleaning. The carpet was very clean. They came when we needed them and communicated very well with us. We will definitely be working with them in the future.
