- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally offer monthly specials. Be sure to inquire about our monthly special if it is not mentioned by our scheduling team! - Pet Stains/Odors can be stubborn. ZeroRez can eliminate them! Ask us about how we do it and for the associated pricing. - We love to bring new life back to upholstery and furniture. Ask us about how we treat furniture and for the associated pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll schedule a time for one of our background checked and verified, highly-trained service technicians to come to your home or commercial location and he or she will: 1) explain the cleaning process and 2) do a test clean in one of your areas of concern. Before we continue you will approve the test clean. If you're not pleased, there is no charge or obligation to have the cleaning done. If please with the test clean, the service technician will proceed with our patent-pending cleaning process utilizing technology and methods exclusive only to Zerorez. After the cleaning process, the service technician will get customer's approval of completed work to customer's satisfaction. In addition, our cleaning comes with our 30-day, "Gotta Love It Guarantee". If you're not happy after we leave, we'd love to come back and do what we can to make it right to your complete satisfaction! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service technicians are background checked and verified and trained in all flooring surfaces and how to Zerorezify them! They are also trained on treating the toughest to get out stains and odors from spilled food or drink, and pets.
