Warranty Description
Bills Quality Assurance Warranty
Bills PC and Tech Repair (BPCTR) provides a one-year complimentary warrantyon all devices and hardware sold. This warranty offers customers peace of mind, guaranteeing that products are free from defects in materials or workmanship during the coverage period.
Customers may extend the warranty beyond the initial year for a fee determined proportionally to the device’s value at the time of expiration.
Please note that the one-year warranty excludes degradable components, including but not limited to SSDs, hard drives, screens, and power supplies. A degradable component is defined as any part subject to natural wear, aging, or failure over time. This exclusion does not apply to cases, fans, CPUs, coolers, graphics cards, or motherboards.
Damages Policy
In the event that a BPCTR technician causes damage to a product or piece of equipment, the customer will receive a free repair. If the item is deemed unrepairable, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
However, any product damaged—intentionally or unintentionally—by the customer will no longer be covered under any company policy or warranty. Customers may dispute such cases, and BPCTR will review each matter in good faith to determine an equitable resolution.
