My desktop was built to be the greenest machine on the market but that was from the meanest, it has no processing power memory or graphics but he was able to get it not only working but able to make it a gaming computer all without trying to update hardware on my Dell Studio Hybrid that I use to date as my sole pc. he was able to get a computer from two and a half hour start up that may crash to awesome gaming machine all without having to spend any money on new parts but was able to offer suggestions or assistance in attempts to build one to better suit my needs

I had some issues with my PC roughly a year ago. Jay not only helped rid my computer of Trojans and spyware but also helped discover that my RAM needed to be replaced. He is very knowledgeable about programs that scan, clean and secure a computer. Any time I had an issue, he made time to come and help. He helped me with my B.S.O.D. problems and updated my drivers, optimized and tuned up my PC, and sped up performance. He even helped fix my partner's computer! :)

I was having some real problems with my computer. It was running REALLY slow, and kept freezing up all the time. I contacted Jason and through TeamViewer 9 he was able to get on my computer and fix the issues. The job took about an hour or so but he was able track down and fix the many issues. Now the computer is running FANTASTICALLY!! I highly recommend Jason to fix your computer needs!!
