My computer wouldn't send a signal to my monitor. I wanted to recover a music library. Positive was able discover my hard drive was still good, transfer all the data to a newer hard drive and speed up responses plus decreasing the size of the tower.

I had an issue with an overheating computer and had been dealing with other companies and going in circles... contacted Positive technology and they picked it up same day and got started.
