I contacted Swivel when I needed I moved into my new home. I used them to setup my home office. I found the rep to be knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. I recommended Swivel to my friends and they love the remote support service they offer. I will definitely contact them again.

Swivel Technologies was great with their remote support customer experience. I contacted Swivel for remote configuring of my computer, WiFi, and printer. We discussed anti-virus solutions and they configured a backup solution for my data. Swivel listened to my concerns and proposed a solution that’s been working great so far. I have recommended them to family and friends.

    Our typical process is to listen to the customer. Next step is to replicate the issue and pursue a corrective course of action.

    I have over 30 years of IT experience in the private sector. I have manage projects, perform server and network maintenance, as well as desktop support. I hold a BA from Arizona State University in Organizational Leadership. I am also a military veteran where I held a Top Secret military clearance.
