- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay very competitive and most importantly, more affordable than the competition. Most services I offer are flat rate which usually works out in the customers favor which is what I strive for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk to the customer on the phone and go over the issue/request submitted. Then from there we agree on a date/time/place to meet for pick up or drop off of the customers machine. Of course it's different if it's a server or network setup/install. I will then email an estimate invoice and scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A little here and there when I can. A lot of continuing education is done on the job and it never stops so the learning is every time I have client!
