- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On slab homes we price per piling needed to rescue the home. We draw the best possible recovery plan, and when applicable the minimum plan also (less pilings and only in the most crucial areas). For crawlspace homes we price by square foot of the home, plus additions if extra work not covered in standard pricing is needed. We do offer interest free financing options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most customers call to schedule a free estimate and readings of their homes or businesses, that generally takes 30-45 minutes. 95% of the time an estimate is given on the spot with 1-3 options depending on the scope of the work and homeowners' budget to fix some or all related problems and in what order. Warrant Certificate is awarded after project is paid in full for areas worked on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Third generation of foundation repair specialist. Production is run by three brothers with a combined 65 years of experience work in Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas.
