Our pricing is transparent and based on the specific scope, materials, labor, and schedule of each project. We provide detailed estimates so customers understand what is included before work begins. Any requested changes are discussed and approved before additional work is performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to understand the customer’s needs, budget, timeline, and project goals. After reviewing the property, plans, or scope of work, we prepare a clear proposal. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, construction, inspections, and project closeout while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience in commercial and residential projects. Our knowledge includes estimating, project management, remodeling, renovations, construction coordination, safety requirements, permitting, and working with multiple trades from preconstruction through completion.
