10th Anniversary Dinner. We have 2 small children ( 4 and 5) and we were able to sit at the table with a bottle of wine while Chef Rich and our munchkins made us a fabulous dinner. Rich was meticulous in the process, and we planned the menu in 15 minutes over the phone. Most was prepped pre-arrival and he gave us the choice of a real quick dinner so we could have privacy, or a slower paced dinner. We chose the latter and enjoyed watching him interact patiently and gracefully with the kids. He estimated the cost and there was no overage. The food was plentiful and tasty. Chef Rich prepared a mind blowing meal for my fiancé’s graduation/birthday dinner! He came well prepared such that each course promptly followed the one before and the evening flowed seamlessly. He brought a wonderful personality and engaged with the group so effortlessly that it seemed like he was just another family member in the room. With dining out being off the table due to the COVID-19 restrictions I felt an in home experience would somehow pale in comparison. I got this class for my brother who has the desire to cook, but intimidated by it all. Chef Rich brought simplicity and confidence in demystifying a few basic techniques. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$40 per hour + supplies. Hourly rate increases $5 per every extra student. $40/ hr =1 student $45/ hr =2 students $50/ hr =3 students $55/ hr =4 students Etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We began with a simple face-to-face interview. I learned what is important to them and I share the manner in which I believe is best to address their needs.
