I had a countertop project and had post a request on thumbtack, the owner Will C. from W.C. Granite works responded very quick at the beginning with the measurement and quote, once got the bid and deposit has been made, the installation was scheduled for about 10 days later, but a day prior to the installation date, Will C. call me to announce the employee's issue therefore the installation date was push back later, my six sense kick in so I verified with the vendor and found out that the stone never been reserved or purchased from the vendor that put me in question, how he does the project without purchasing the material? after a negotiation Will C. accepted to reimburse me my deposit with a little extra but at the last minute to be able to finish the project in time I have to pay much more than I anticipated, Will C. put me in a depress situation, conclusion: my experience with Will C. was negative and no trust on W. C. Granite Works
