Karmit Winer says, "After talking to several kitchen remodeling contractors in Houston, we decided to go with this team for our home in Alvin, and were so glad we did. From day one, they made us feel comfortable. There was no pressure, just honest advice, great communication, and a genuine desire to help us create the kitchen we wanted. They listened to our ideas, came up with even better ones, and the finished result honestly looks better than we imagined. The quality of the work is incredible. The cabinets, countertops, lighting, tile, and every little detail were done with care. You can tell they take pride in their work. The crew showed up when they said they would, kept everything as clean as possible during construction, and were always respectful of our home. What really stood out was the customer service. Whenever we had a question or wanted to make a small change, someone responded quickly and made sure we were taken care of. That level of communication is hard to find these days.If youre looking for a reliable kitchen remodeling company in Houston or the Alvin area, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Its rare to find a contractor that combines beautiful craftsmanship with excellent customer service, but they absolutely do. We love our new kitchen and would happily hire them again."See more

I highly recommend L3 Granite! Rodney did an amazing job installing my granite vanity countertop. He carefully cut the granite down to the exact size I needed, and the finished result fits perfectly. The workmanship is so seamless that it looks like one solid, beautiful piece.

I called Top Granite and ended up speaking with Oscar. I explained to him that I had one bathroom that had the countertop installed but no backsplash and another bathroom without countertop or backsplash. After sending him a picture and the measurements, not only was he able to give me a quote, but he was able to locate the exact granite that I had in the first bathroom. He picked up the granite, performed all fabrication here, and did a great job installing the countertops, sink and couple of other things. I would definitely use him again and will be sending him other potential customers. Thank you Oscar.

Hiring Northwest Granite & Marble company was among the best choice made during my home remodeling. Santiago installed granite countertop with matching window sill that transformed the appearance of the entire kitchen. Very good experience from the beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this company.

I reached out to Oscar @ Top Granite and he was very quick to respond and help me with my countertop project. He picked up the granite from the vendor, performed all the cutting/fabrication on site, and did a fantastic job of installing the countertops and sinks in both the kitchen and bathroom (see pics). He was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable during the entire process. His pricing was reasonable and lower than any quote I received. If I ever have a countertop project again, he will be the first call I make. Thank you, Oscar.

Impressive Countertops
Impressive Countertops
Dixon from Impressive Countertops did a beautiful installation of a granite countertop in the master bathroom of my house. I needed the job done quickly, and he totally delivered. Communication was easy and it seemed that as soon as I asked a question, I had the response almost immediately. I'll probably be doing some work on my kitchen fairly soon, and I'll be sure to contact Dixon.

Nestor and his crew were amazing and fast. Granite countertops were ready to be installed 2 days after I hired them, but project was delayed a month for multiple different reasons. Nestor never complained and was constantly in contact trying to complete this project. I can't imagine anyone being better.

Working with Rodny and L3 Granite was a great experience. Their work, communication, transparency, and pricing were great. They made sure that we knew what we wanted and when it came to install, they were able to take care in demolishing and installing my new stone countertops. They completed my kitchen, new sink, and bathroom with a new sink. I’d recommend L3 to anyone looking for someone to help you through the process of buying and getting new counters installed.

Rodny was so easy to work with. We called him yesterday morning at 8:00. He responded within a few minutes. We were impressed with that. We needed our granite kitchen countertop trimmed so our new refrigerator would fit. He came out that very day and did the job to our complete satisfaction. We were so pleased with his work we are using him to install new countertops, sinks and faucets in both bathrooms. We would highly recommend Rodny without hesitation.

Edward Rodriguez DBA Master Granite

Edward and April are a great team! We had Master Granite fabricate and install 8 countertops (laundry, bar, and 2 bathrooms). Their labor quote was on par or less than all other quotes received (Thumbtack and other outside contractors). I originally had picked out slabs on my own at Expo Stone. After hearing the price of the slabs, April was able to locate two great slabs of the same material for a much better price. Literally, they ended up saving me thousands on material costs.

Understand photos uploaded are of unfinished bathrooms. I know once the faucets are installed and walls complete, the countertops are going to really pop. Pictures do not give the installation justice.

April was great at communicating project details from material selection/purchasing through completion. The crew worked tirelessly to ensure the entire installation was complete in just one day (which included 6 sink cutouts). Enough cannot be said about Edward and his guys. They were very professional and made certain both my wife and I were completely satisfied with the final product. We were so happy with their work, that we ended up paying them an extra 10% on top of the requested final payment.

My only regret is not knowing Master Granite prior our kitchen countertop installation.

Edward Rodriguez DBA Master Granite

Edward, April, and the crew at Master Granite have surpassed my expectations. I recently had granite installed for my kitchen and bathroom countertops. April was always quick to respond to messages and was respectful and pleasant to work with. Edward and his crew came to the house and finished everything in about 7 hours. I was pleased with how quick everything was done as well as the quality of work. The countertops look great! They even worked around my schedule and brought an extra guy so all work would be completed in the same day. His crew was very respectful to me and my house and did a very good job of minimizing a potential mess with dust and debris. Edward even came back to my house a few days after installation to replace a bracket for my vanity drawer as it was damaged during installation.

On a side note, there was a bit of a language barrier during the installation process. April speaks perfect English and I had no problems communicating with her. But Edward and most of his crew do not know a lot of English. However, he did have a crew member that spoke English well and was able to translate.

Overall, I am very pleased with their professionalism as well as their speed and quality of work. I will be recommending them to any of my friends and family that are looking to have countertops installed.

No job too big or too small. Contacted L3 Granite to see if they could cover my pass thru front dining room area wall from dropped countertop material left from previous installer. As you can see (from the photos) they did a fantastic job within my kitchen budget. Will definitely be in touch with some upcoming future home projects. My wife and I were both very happy with the outcome.

Nestor and his entire team did an amazing job installing our countertops for our home renovation. Nestor first met us at a great place to buy our quartz and granite, with a huge selection of beautiful material to choose from. He then walked us up and down every aisle to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the colors for both our granite and quartz. Due to the volume he does with that location he was able to get us a great discount and began work right away. One of the pieces of granite broke at his facility due to a fault in the stone and he was able to quickly get a near-identical replacement. Within the same week, installation began with his crew of 4-5 professionals. The job was more difficult than originally anticipated and included 4 waterfalls. The crew worked tirelessly into the next day to make sure we had the beautiful result we wanted. We never expected we would find such a friendly, professional, and talented team, but we certainly did with B&N. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed!

I requested quotes from 3 pros for countertop installation for my kitchen remodel. Rodny with L3 Granite called within minutes and offered to come by within the hour. We discussed my needs, wants and agreed on an install the next day. He took accurate measurements, asked me good questions about overhangs, edges, window sills, etc. Things I had no idea about but his suggestions were perfect. They arrived the next afternoon with the selected quartz slabs and got to work. They were very gracious and patient as I asked questions about the process and install. They did amazing work and transformed my kitchen. I still have a small pony wall to build but it was worth having my countertops put in within 24-hours of contacting Rodny and at a very fair price too. He deserves all the 5-star reviews he has earned. He goes above and beyond and I am happy to recommend him to my neighbors without hesitation.

We had an excellent experience working with Milton on our new countertops. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had done my research and changed my mind more than once (as homeowners do!), and he never made me feel rushed or pressured.

We ultimately chose a beautiful leathered Black Pearl granite, and the finished result is absolutely stunning. The fabrication and installation were precise, clean, and clearly done by someone who takes pride in his work. The seams are minimal, the edges are perfect, and everything fits flawlessly.

Milton was honest about pricing, competitive with other bids, and delivered exactly what he promised. His communication was clear throughout the process, and his crew treated our home with respect.

If you want someone reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented for your countertops, I highly recommend Milton. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Good morning, during our previous conversations it was stated that the home had foundation issues that were being repaired.

It was asked whether or not countertop work should wait or proceed. Your reply was to continue with work (to facilitate job completion, I drove to the other side of town to purchase materials in cash as you requested.

After purchasing and leaving store you called and stated selected material was defective and incompatible. The currently installed material has water marks/ spots that appear to be a permanent part of countertop).

Additionally, you stated your worker asked for an additional $300 to install countertop. This was not a part of initial agreement. However, in hopes of reaching agreement I offered to pay $150 of cost. This was in addition to paying $500 directly through Zelle to your worker, due to you stating you were not making any money on job.

The original scope of work was for a countertop. You stated a backsplash could be included in granite (it was later discovered, through a conversation with your workers that the correct material for the job was quartz. Your professional opinion/insight was relied upon to advise of suitable options)

Once work began, you were not onsite and your workers damaged backsplash and attempted to conceal damage.

Once you arrived onsite, the fault for the damage was placed on walls, which were a result of previously disclosed foundation issues and your workers choice to force backsplash into place.

After discussions regarding damage and action plan you stated you would call once upcoming job was finished and supply of quartz was obtained (this was several weeks ago).

A call was never received. Several text were sent to determine status and your reply was to request an additional $900.

Additionally, after move in, broken pipes were discovered in the area where your workers installed support for sink. It appears that the workers broke the pipes when installing the sink and did not report the damages made to plumbing.

Given the totality of events and the lack of actionable response, the rating was left today after waiting several weeks for a reply.

Thank you
