Introduction: I come from a person-centered, strengths-based approach, utilizing cognitive-behavioral methodology and framework. The counseling relationship comes first and foremost, so clients often remark how easy it is to discuss their lives in a safe and non-judgemental environment. Helping people realize their own potential. My goal is to empower through our work together and eventually put myself out of a job ( clients reach a level of satisfaction with life and functioning that they may schedule maintenance sessions every so often, but in the long term, the client experiences such growth that I am no longer necessary).
