Yvette has taught the art of dance in multiple schools over the past decade, ages 3 to 53, leading students to competition wins, beautiful wedding productions, dance opportunities, and even the blessings of having dance careers of their own.
The Art & Sole Dance Lab is an extension of Yvette’s ambition over the years, making private and group lessons accessible to all that desire. You do not have to be a professional to work with Art & Sole. We guarantee that you will leave a better dancer than you came in, and you will have fun doing it!

Yvette is very patient, kind, and encouraging in her approach as an instructor. I have a love for dance but I am in no way professional. I wanted to take private lessons as a way to work on my confidence and make my dreams of creating a dance routine, a reality. Yvette seemed more than happy and open to work with me and the goals I had. The routines she created were not only cute and fun but tailored to skill level, challenging me in a way that felt both motivating and achievable. I LOVED this experience so much!
We had a good time. Yvette is great energy, and she brings that to every session. Her expertise is evident, and I’m already planning to return for assistance with creating a wedding routine— her guidance will undoubtably make the special day more memorable. Grateful that I got to work with you Yvette, you really are a breath of fresh air, and talented !

Yvette is an amazing instructor! From the very first class, it was evident that she had a passion for dance and a deep understanding of its power as an art form. She brings a unique energy and enthusiasm to every class, making each session fun and enjoyable. Her teaching style is always positive and encouraging, creating a safe and welcoming environment for her students to explore their creativity. 10/10 Highly Recommend!

I can't say enough great things about Mrs. Brown, I hired her about 6 months ago to teach my 5 year old daughter hip hop dance and Mrs. Brown has been incredible with my kid. Not only taking my kid from a completely non dancer to actually having skills now but she has helped build so much character and confidence within my daughter. We love you so much Mrs. Brown.
