- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing I personally like to discuss that with each customer individually, that way I can get a better feel and idea of what they actually want and need for there party. Every customer is different and might need different equipment. I mainly strive to give my customers the best price because I know how it is to want to have a good time but not have a lot of available to do so. I like to go out of my way and try my hardest to work them out the best deal as possible that will fit there financial budget. A price is always negotiable if necessary.

Communicating via telephone, text, or email is probably the biggest process. Communication and understanding are very important parts of the process..
