- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a contingency fee basis. This means that my clients pay me NOTHING up front to represent them. If I win, I am paid as a percentage of the recovery. If there is no recovery, my clients owe me nothing. No win = no fee!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My staff and I are available to speak to potential clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand that accidents and other tragic injury producing incidents take place all day, every day, and we are here to help. Call us anytime for a free consultation about your case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to graduating from the prestigious Bates College of Law at the University of Houston, I've spent the last 20 years of my life dedicated to representing my fellow Texans seriously injured due to the negligence of another. I've seen it all, I've done it all, and I've seen every trick in the book used by insurance companies to try to deny my clients their rights.
