I have used Stewart Guss on a case that lasted more than two years. Stewart Guss and his staff did an amazing job for me. In more than two years as a client I never once had to call the office and ask what the status of my case was. I was always very well informed and prepared for what was upcoming. I have also recommended friends to Stewart and they have had the same positive experience. If you are looking for a great maybe even the best personal injury attorney in Houston then look no further. Stewart really does care and fights vigorously for his clients. Stewart is a good guy with a good moral compass that will never steer you wrong. There is no way to describe how wonderful the office of Stewart J. Guss really is. Like most people that have to use Guss' services, I met him and his crew during one of the most painful, scary and hectic times of my life. 3 years down the road--looking back, I don't know how I would have survived without Guss and his office!! The entire staff was wonderful, my case was handled with the upmost care, respect and sense of urgency!! Beyond that--I was a PERSON, not a case!! My health, my fears, my progress, my FEELINGS, hopes, and dreams all mattered to this wonderful office!! Since my case was settled (Guss got me the most $$$ possible) I still remain part of the "Guss" family. Let me start by saying Mr Guss has gone above and beyond in my case and then more than I could have possibly imagine, for me. If you want the highest settlement we must professionalism best office staff and clear and concise communication then you need to sign with Stuart s he is by far the best is second to none. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a contingency fee basis. This means that my clients pay me NOTHING up front to represent them. If I win, I am paid as a percentage of the recovery. If there is no recovery, my clients owe me nothing. No win = no fee!
