- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not be cheapest in town but our prices are lower than some big name companies. We take pride in the quality of work we do and we make sure all our customers are satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us a message on Facebook for faster response with a description of the project you want completed and if you have specific timeline, try to send pictures (if possible) to get a better idea of the space you need work on. I will then contact you by phone or message to schedule an appointment or call. We like to do an inspection before quoting or agreeing to any job. You can also look us up on Facebook and Instagram with @rochadoorservices and contact us through there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing this 19 years ago in a carpentry shop. Since then my craftsmanship has been a passion. I started making custom doors with all kinds of wood. I have worked for different door and weatherstripping companies. I consider myself an expert in the field and the quality of work we do shows it.
