Jared from Air Star was thorough, informative, and friendly when performing yearly maintenance on my AC system. He gave practical advice on upkeep, answered all my questions thoughtfully, and, unlike many HVAC companies, he did not try to upsell me at every corner. Of course, he provided recommendations on ways to improve my system (along with reasonable explanations) and pitched their subscription service, but he definitely did not present them with any pressure sales tactics, and didnt push when I declined. As a person who likes to do most things himself, I particularly liked that Jared wasnt cagey with his answers on how I can do certain things myself, even if that means less things they can charge me for. That sort of attitude wins them a customer for life from my point of view.I 100% plan to use them point-forward for my regular yearly maintenance and for any emergencies should they arise. Air Star is a solid, people-oriented business and not a call-center job farm, and their level of professionalism and personal attention reflects that. Great service, great people, and a great value. I highly recommend.
