- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins by scheduling an appointment based on your service needs. Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll be added to our system and will receive both email and text confirmations. From there, all communication, estimates, photos, and invoices are organized and accessible through your personal client portal. This allows you to easily track your project and review all documents at any time. Our system ensures a streamlined experience while keeping a complete record of your service history, so both our team and our clients stay informed every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of trained professionals with credentials specific to their areas of expertise, ensuring that every project is handled with technical knowledge and industry best practices. We prioritize ongoing education and professional development so our team stays current with evolving technologies, safety standards, and installation methods within the home improvement and fireplace industry. In addition, our owner is an active board member of the South Central Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association, representing Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana. She has also been selected to participate in the Government Affairs Leadership Academy, where she represents the fireplace industry at a national level, advocating for safety standards, regulations, and industry advancement. This combination of certified technicians, continued training, and active industry leadership ensures our clients receive knowledgeable, up-to-date, and professional service on every project.
