- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Garage Revamp we pride ourselves on making sure our pricing is competitive. Every floor is different so we always strive to see the quality of the floor and then discuss the project in detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We call the customer to understand the project detail. 2. We meet at the job location to see the condition of the floor, pick color options, and finalize rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Concrete coating certified- 8 years. Polished Concrete certified 4 years.
