I hired LDB Event Designs of Houston for my son's Senior Prom send off party. I gave LaToya a vision and her and her team executed beautifully!
It was supposed to rain the day of the setup/event but instead of rain they fought through EXTREME wind. I'm very particular on how I want things to look and even with the wind issue LaToya was able to give me exactly what I wanted! Which made me happy!
Throughout the entire process, LaToya answered all my questions in a pretty quick response time.
We were able to collaborate and come up with a design that I was happy with and was within my budget. She's very professional and courteous!
Her creativity is amazing!
I had a wonderful experience and I would not only recommend but also rehire her again! Another thing I was happy with, she came late and packed up the setup very quickly! She does what she says she's going to do. Which is rare nowadays.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My packages have a starting price but all packages are customizable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to have consultation to briefly discuss the vision for the event. I then send a proposal and contract that details services provided, package details and cost. If customizations need to be made, we do so as a team. I require a deposit so once the deposit is paid, I start working on a mock-up based off of the consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified wedding planner and I have been doing this work professionally since 2014.
